The Daniel Power Consortium is the preferred bidder for 80% stake in Ogorode Power Generating Company based in Sapele, Warri. It is a 512 MW capacity station

The power station is in operation and is presently run by NDPHC on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The plant is sitting on vast gas resources which is its primary fuel source. By leveraging Nigeria’s abundant gas reserves, the power station is one of Nigeria’s hope to generate reliable and affordable electricity.
